The Claymore Challenge is a FREE event for spectating.
The Claymore Challenge has quickly become a staple event in Freeride Mountain Biking across the globe. As part of the Freeride Mountain Bike World Tour, the Claymore draws top riders from all over the world to battle it out for the coveted top spot and become knighted by Highland owner/visionary Mark Hayes. This event is all about tradition; you won’t want to miss the one of a kind award ceremony and presenting of the Claymore Sword. There is plenty of space up and down the course for front row seats to all the action.
Live Webcast
For the second year in a row the Claymore Challenge will be broadcasted live on the internet June 25th. Along with the live webcast will be a jumbotron screen at the base of the course broadcasting full course coverage including instant replays and live scoring.
Food, Beverage & Live Music
Enjoy the many options for food during the Claymore, including BBQ, Panini’s and Highland’s popular fruit smoothies. Spectators over 21 can take advantage of the beer gardens, equipped with cold beer & large flat screens displaying the live contest. Live music will be playing after the awards and into the night at the Highland Bar!
